At Waste & Energy Process Solutions, founded in 2019, we specialize in optimizing industrial processes. Our founder, Thomas, is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of industry experience in Recycling, Waste-to-Energy, and Energy Generation, coupled with an additional 8 years in Research & Development. His expertise spans across alternative fuels in energy generation, life extension of assets, and technology innovations aimed at low emission energy generation.

Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Technology and is a graduate of technical college with a specialization in Industrial Process Automation. His educational background and hands-on experience enable him to effectively lead complex technical projects, consistently seeking optimal solutions to maximize results.

His career has been marked by excellence in production management, with a keen focus on product and project development, management of change, operational cost reduction, and maintenance of assets. His work in large-scale combustion facilities, particularly in addressing challenges like slagging and fouling, showcases his ability to innovate and adapt in rapidly evolving industrial landscapes.
